Return Requirements

We accept eligible return requests within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, all items must meet the following requirements:

✓ Items must be returned in their original condition.
✓ Original tags must remain attached.
✓ Items must be free from makeup, perfume, stains, odors, pet hair, or any signs of wear.
✓ Items should be returned with original packaging whenever possible.

Items that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.


Items We Cannot Accept

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Swimwear with removed hygiene protection
  • Bodysuits
  • Underwear and lingerie
  • Earrings
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Items damaged due to improper care or use

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact our Customer Support Team before sending your package.

Please do not send returns without prior approval. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • Your item arrived damaged.
  • Your item has a manufacturing defect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a shipping method with tracking information, as Molly Lux is not responsible for packages lost during return transit.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the package
  • Shipping label photos

Our team will review your request and provide the best possible solution.


Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation regarding your refund status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within:

5–10 Business Days

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after purchase.

After an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
