Processing Time

  • Orders placed outside normal business hours will begin processing on the next business day.
  • During holidays or promotional periods, processing times may require additional business days.

Order Tracking

Shipping Guidelines

To ensure successful delivery, please note:

  • Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order.
  • Orders cannot be modified or rerouted once they enter processing.
  • We currently do not deliver to APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses.
  • Some orders may be shipped in separate packages depending on product availability.
  • Shipping carriers are selected according to the destination and available logistics services.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your shipment is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Photos of the damaged item (if applicable)
  • Photos of the shipping package
  • Photos of the shipping label

We'll investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and provide an appropriate solution.


Customs & Import Fees

These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
